I had a bizarre display issue with my computer which was cleverly traced to my power supply by Jack. I dropped it off in the morning, picked it up after work the same day and after replacing the PSU it's been running like a dream. The service was professional and communicative throughout, I would highly recommend reaching out if you're having issues.

Click Resolve -- amazing. Sorted out a very tricky problem, didn't think it could be solved, but Jack worked a bit of magic. Also, very supportive, patient, careful, made things easy to understand. Important, as glitches can be really stressful. Great find!
This was a great upgrade on 27" iMac (late 2012). 1 TB HDD to 1TB SSD. Really pleased with Jack's work. In and out the same day. HDD cloned to SSD. Works a treat, and - wowsa - the improvement in performance!

We approached Jack for a quote and for some ideas for a wedding website for our upcoming marriage. I only had a vague idea of what I wanted and he took those ideas and ran with it! He has now made us the most stunning wedding website (bearing in mind I wanted it very quirky and alternative in style) that has far exceeded our expectations, for a very reasonable price, which so many of our guests have commented on.He was fast to respond and very personable in his work. Jack at Click Resolve has fixed some problems on my computer. He is very knowledgeable including with Linux Operating Systems. He came to my home, is very friendly and helpful and showed me what he was doing as he went along. I found him to be honest, straightforward and with a reasonable hourly charge - he stayed for the hour to help with additional niggles that I had, and even returned another day on short visit to fix another problem that had cropped up, without extra fee. I highly recommend him and Click Resolve and will not hesitate to contact them again if I need more help.

Jack has been incredibly supportive and so efficient in helping me with all things tech in my business. Tech can be the one biggest hurdle in growing an online business, having Jack in your corner is an asset. He is able to solve problems quickly and can also handle my ADHD brain which is quick fire and wants 10 things sorted at once. His combination of skillset and speedy responsiveness and patience is hard to find.
Issues and queries I had with my surface pro were explained and rectified in the one visit.

I've been getting strange adverts popping up which is really annoying. Today I spoke to Jack, who offered to either come out or fix remotely. He was on here remotely for around an hour this morning. Talked me through what he was doing, and to my surprise I could understand him (not too much jargon - or am I starting to understand it?!). I'm confident it's gone (will update this if not!). My computer is more responsive and the spinning wheel isn't coming up anymore, so I can get back to work! He's installed an antivirus and ad-blocker also - my Norton had ran out. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends.
Jack fixed my corrupted database - containing *thousands* of entries - accumulated over several years. I tried 3 other companies (two London based and one Brighton). Nobody could fix it. I must say Jack was rather blasé when I was explaining how tricky this would be. He spent four days painstakingly reconstructing after finding a similar example on the net. This guy does not like to be defeated!!! He showed me exactly how he did it. I wouldn't dream of calling another company now - even if it means travelling.
Finding a good / reliable IT company in Brighton has been difficult in the past. We were let down badly by a couple of people. Jack is very skilled at his job, and always makes time for clients. I cannot recommend this man enough.
